Website access and hosting
Hostinger provides our hosting and email infrastructure. When a page is requested, technical information such as the IP address, time, requested address, browser details and response status may be processed to deliver the site, diagnose errors and prevent misuse. The legal basis is our legitimate interest in operating a reliable and secure website under Article 6(1)(f) GDPR.
Hostinger processes data as a service provider under a data processing agreement and may use subprocessors. Where processing takes place outside the European Economic Area, the applicable transfer safeguards are described in Hostinger’s data processing agreement.
Enquiries
The form asks for your company, country, contact name, email address and product requirement. You can optionally provide telephone, specification, quantity, market and other relevant details. We use these details to assess and answer your enquiry and discuss a possible business relationship. The form delivers your enquiry by email to COMMEROS. No customer account is created.
The legal basis is Article 6(1)(b) GDPR where the enquiry concerns a contract with you, or Article 6(1)(f) GDPR for communication with business representatives and other professional enquiries. Required fields are needed to understand and answer the request; optional fields are voluntary. Please do not include sensitive personal information.
Security and storage
The form uses encrypted transport, signed request tokens and submission limits. Short-lived request identifiers, content digests and pseudonymous IP-based counters are stored to prevent duplicate submissions and abuse. They do not contain the enquiry text or plain IP addresses, and records older than 48 hours are removed during subsequent form processing.
We retain enquiry correspondence for as long as needed to handle the request and any resulting business relationship. Applicable legal retention duties or the establishment, exercise or defence of legal claims may require longer storage. Hosting logs and backups follow the provider’s service retention arrangements and the purposes described above.
Cookies and external content
The website code does not use analytics, advertising trackers or marketing cookies. Fonts and artwork are served with the website. The enquiry form does not use cookies or browser storage. Essential hosting and security processing may still take place through the hosting provider. Clicking an external link takes you to a service with its own privacy information.
Your rights
Subject to the applicable conditions, you may request access, correction, erasure, restriction or portability of your personal data. You may object to processing based on legitimate interests on grounds relating to your particular situation. If processing is based on consent, you may withdraw it for the future. You may lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority, including the Bavarian State Office for Data Protection Supervision. We do not use enquiry data for automated decisions producing legal or similarly significant effects.
